im going to review the food places i like & my experiences with them & the ones i think are the best

disclaimer: or preamble or whatever. i dont really enjoy or like food that much. i dont get much physical enjoymenmt from food or whatever but i think fast food is fun. i like the logos and uniforms and i like the paper bags and boxes it comes in. i find the experience fun even if eating the food is not the most interesting thing for me. so my reviews are biased based on how enjoyable the experience is to me. also i have a very weak constitution/ corpse physology so heavy foods like fries/ chips tend to be a bit overwhelming so i dont eat them that often but i get them sometimes and it can be fun. anyway here is the list:

taco bell

taco bell is my favourite food place i really like the hats that they wear. i wanted to get a job at taco bell but people told me it was impossible & that i am too stupid & probably lazy to do it. but the food is really cool. i dont like the tacos that much except for the cheesy gordito crunch but i like the burritos a lot. i used to like the quesa dias (i know its spelt quesadillas but i prefer my spelling (also heres a fact, i actually learnt to speak spanish before english but my spanish is really bad these days)) but last time i got the quesa dias i decided i didnt actuually like them. so i think the burrito and cheesy gordito crunch is my favourites. taco bell is really wonderful and i think its one of my favourite things to do in london. thinking about taco bell makes me excited & happy and i recommend it to everyone. i am grateful that i am able to experience taco bell. i would love to own a taco bell hat one day. 10/10.

five guys

number 2 is 5 guys. i think the food is really tasty & its probably the most delicious fast food? but its very expensive so its not really affordable. its very good as a special treat or if someone else is paying. but if someone is buying me fast food i would prefer for them to buy me taco bell so its kinda a moot point. i like how even if you buy the small fries they still fill the bag full of fries so the bag and paper napkins are covered in greasy spicy dust. the fries are nice but they are too spicy for me. the burgers are really nice and i think super high quality. i imagine this is the food of rich people. i had a really cool banana milkshake one time that had crunchy bits in it. 10/10

donking donut

dunkjing donuts is really nice. they have a huuuuge selection of colourful donuts and some of them smell really bad but they taste super good. honestly i cant really remember what they taste like but they have amazing designs and colours. i really like getting one with yellow icing. and theres also jam filled ones that are really nice. i dont remember anything about the staff but they are really friendly. ive never had the coffee because i dont take caffeine. oh in case you are wondering i dont drink soda or fizzy drinks either because they make me sick so none of my reviews factor in drinks. 10/10

macdonalds

i get cravings for macdoanls every month or so and i get a burger & fries. i feel like this is the normal-type of fast food. usually when i have a fast food i think "is this better or worse than macdonalds". i dont think ive ever had anything disappointing from them but i also dont think its ever blown me away. sometimes burgers are really really gross but not macdonalds. their burgers are usually dry and never slimy which is good. i find their uniforms and logo really boring but the paper bags look really nice. 6/10.

wendys

wendys definitely feels more high quality then other fast food places. the bread tastes really nice & the fries are super salty. the frosty is really cool but makes me feel ill. ive only had wendies twice and sadly both times there were problems with my order which ruined the experience a bit. the first time the bacon was cooked too much so it was burnt and chewy and the second time there was too much sauce in the burger so it was really slimy and i had to scrape out most of the sauce with paper. i think if they hadnt messed up the order though then it would havve been really good so i dont want to give it a negative score. i dont know what their uniforms look like but the logo is ok i guess. 6/10 but if they didnt make mistakes then maybe 7/10.

baskin robbins

i have only been once and i got an ice cream milk shake. i was having a really good day i had spent all day in the rain in the park and i was really wet, cold and happy. i bought a milkshake with i think strawberries and caramels? it made me feel really sick and i had to sit down on the floor of the train station. it was one of the funnest days of my life and one of my happiest memories and i felt really alive and happy. 6/10

burgers king

i havent been here in years but i think its really good? they make really high quality food at affordable prices. i would like to go again so i can give a proper opinion but because i cant remember i will say 5/10 i think that's fair.

kfc

people seem to really like kfc but i think its gross. everything is really slimy and spicy. i dont like the logo or uniforms. i dont how you are supposed to eat it without becoming filthy. 0/10

subway

subway used to be amazing and when i was a kid subway was a really exciting special treat. the breads smell really good and it was incredibly fun choosing toppings and sauces. unwrapping the sandwich and eating it felt really special. i would look forward to going to subway and if i could choose to eat anywhere i would choose subway. but now its really bad. i went a few months ago and the bread was really stale and the toppings were cold and the sauce was really slimy. the dry bread made the top of my mouth really hurt and the slimey sauce made me feel sick. it felt like something sacred from my childhood had been despoiled. i was genuinely very upset & i dont think i can ever forgive subway. 0/10

honourable mentions:

in and out

when i went to stay with my friend in california he took me to in & out and it was seriously good. maybe one of the nicest burgers i ever ate. but i wont put it in this list because they dont have it where i live so its impossible for me to get another one. i am only reviewing places that i can eat from easily

german doner kebab

i had this once and it was really nice. the logo and uniforms are really colourful and cool and the bread looks like a waffle which i think is really exciting. i dont remember what it tasted like but i remember thinking the bread was really cool and it left a positive impression on me. i dont think this is a fast food chain? i thought it was just a restaurant but then one time on the bus i drove past 2 more so i guess it actually is a chain? so maybe it does qualify to be on this list but im not sure so i will leave it off for now.

pizzas

i havent reviewed any pizza places and that is because i dont order take away pizzas. they are always really expensive? i dont understand why. i will look at a papa johns menu and its like 15 or 20 quid for a pizza? i dont understand how anybody can afford this? like, am i missing something or am i being stupid? why are pizzas so much more expensive than other fast food? so i never buy takeaway pizza. i get frozen pizzas which cost 2.50 instead and they taste just the same i think. why would i spent 20 on a pizza when i can get it for 2.50? this makes no sense to me. i really dont understand how or why people buy expensive pizzas. they cost more then a lot of video games. its crazy to me i just dont understand it at all.

coco ichibanya

this is honestly some of the nicest food in the world. its a chain restaurant in japan but they only have 1 in london (maybe 2 now?) so i dont think i can consider it a fast food chain at the moment. also you sit down inside so its a proper restaurant? but the food is amaazing like 10/10 amazing. i think if someone ate here every day for their whole life they would be really healthy and happy.

actually there are a whole bunch of japanese fast food chains i could talk about that are really wonderful but that would be for another post i think since thats a completely different thing
